Referrals, partners, and careers

How to reach P2H if you are referring a patient, representing a payer or employer, or looking to work with us.

For anyone looking for treatment, the fastest route is to request an assessment or call (410) 555-0142. Someone answers 24 hours a day.

Referring a patient

Call admissions at (410) 555-0142 and ask for a referral coordinator. You will speak with a clinician who can answer availability questions the same day.

  • Same-day answers on level-of-care fit and availability for each program
  • Records and a summary back to you within 24 hours of admission, with the patient's consent
  • A single contact for updates through discharge and step-down

Because substance use treatment records are protected by 42 CFR Part 2, we can only share updates about a patient you referred once they have signed a consent naming you.
