Maryland and Pennsylvania
Whatever it takes.
P2H treats substance use disorder the way it actually shows up in a life. Three programs — a residential campus in Baltimore, an outpatient office in Easton, and telehealth across Pennsylvania — sharing one clinical model and one assessment, so nobody has to start over with strangers to change level of care.
Free, confidential, and no obligation. One assessment places you in any of the three.
Residential, outpatient, and telehealth under one clinical team
ASAM 3.5 through 0.5 across Maryland and Pennsylvania
It places you in whichever program fits — no second intake
Someone answers the admissions line, always
Three programs, one clinical team
Each program is its own licensed entity with its own staff and its own front door. What they share is the assessment, the clinical model, and the records — so moving between them is a step, not a restart.
P2H Recovery
Baltimore, Maryland
P2H Recovery is in the Part 1 phase of the Joint Commission's two-part early survey; the survey is being rescheduled. Maryland licensure follows accreditation. We are not admitting patients yet, and this page will say so until that changes.
P2H Wellness
Easton, Maryland
P2H Wellness has completed Part 1 of the Joint Commission's two-part early survey and is in the licensure and credentialing process.
P2H Connect
Pennsylvania, statewide
Our application is in process with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. We are not accepting Pennsylvania patients until that license is issued, and this page will say so plainly until it is.
What we mean by whatever it takes
Evidence-based, not ideological
CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-focused therapy, and medication for addiction when it's indicated. We don't withhold medication to make a point.
A plan built for one person
Placement comes from an ASAM assessment, then gets revisited as things change — not fixed to a 28-day template on day one.
Experience behind the name
P2H was built by clinicians and operators who have run behavioral health programs for years, in these communities.
Families in the room
Family sessions and education are part of treatment, because the people at home are part of what happens after discharge.
Where each program stands
We say this plainly and update it as each step clears. A program that is not yet open is not taking patients, and we will tell you so on the phone.
